What products do you use?
We mainly use the AutoGlym range of valeting products. AutoGlym supply the trade all over the world and are thought of as having some of the best quality products available. We also use various AutoSmart products to get the best results, you can be sure that your car will look fantastic upon completion of any of our valets!
What vehicles do you valet?
At Auto-Prestige Valeting we're proud to say we will cater for any vehicle whether that be *Private* *Commercial* *Fleet* *Boats* *Aeroplanes* we do it all.
How long does it take?
This depends entirely on the Valet chosen, our Platinum Valet can take between 4-6 hours to complete. Most of the services listed on our website have an "ESTIMATED TIME TO COMPLETE" next to them. It is common for us to go over the estimated time as we always give that little extra attention to detail to ensure job satisfaction, customer satisfaction and the WOW factor!
What Valet should I go for?
Really that is upto you. What does your car need? Is it dirty both inside and out? We usually recommend our most popular Valet, our Gold Valet. We pride ourselves on really putting in the effort to bring your vehicle back to showroom condition, as much as possible.
Can you come to my work?
Yes, we are fully mobile and will come to your home or place of work , or even a car park. All of our van's have their own supply of water, electricity and are always fully stocked with the best available valeting products.
The only thing we require from you is your key! We are based in Leeds, if we have to travel more than 30 miles a small extra charge may be required.
Adverse weather conditions
We can provide an excellent job but not excellent weather conditions. So in an event of extremely bad weather, we will re-arrange another convenient date and time.
When are you available?
We are available from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays. All you have to do is call us or send us an email to book your Valet. We usually need two or three days notice subject to bookings and availability, however in some cases a next day service is possible.
What areas do you cover?
We are based in Leeds and generally cover a 30 mile radius of our office postcode LS12 6LN.
However we do work in the areas highlighted in this MAP below although certain exclusions may apply.
Can you do a Valet cheaper if i book every month or so?
Yes we can, just ask when we have completed your first paid Valet. Also should you want to tailor a Valet package more to suit your needs, we can do that also.
Do you do any special offers?
We do from time to time, although we always try to keep our prices as reasonable as possible. Please look out for our special offers, which we update on our website on a regular basis.
I'd like to buy a valet as a gift. Is this possible?
Yes this is possible. We now do Gift Vouchers due to recent requests. All you need to do is look at our services and decide which amount you wish to purchase for a Gift Voucher. We can provide a more accurate quotation if we know which vehicle may be used for the Voucher although this is not necessary. The Voucher which you purchase can be used on a specific valet or against the cost of a higher valet should the Gift Recipient wish to opt for a higher service. Once you have decided the above then please contact us via email at [email protected] or on 0113 8730075.
(Gift Vouchers can be ordered and sent to the Voucher Recipients address as a surprise or to your home address should you wish to give them the Voucher yourself)
PLEASE NOTE: vouchers have a 12 month validity period from date of purchase.
